Project Description

Aspen Park is a class "A" office and warehouse condo complex designed by Thomas Hamilton & Associates, built in 2008.  The design was informed by the mid-20th century storefronts of the Lakeside & Dumbarton neighborhoods.  The office park is reminiscent of a tight-knit commercial community with charming brickwork and forest green metal accents.
