Scope: Design a boutique hotel and fine dining in Richmond, Virginia

The Berkeley Hotel has 52 guest rooms and each one is unique. Also, there is a Governors Suite, which encompasses a large portion of the upper floor and affords vistas down the historic streets of Richmond. The lobby is small and quaint and overlooks the restaurant area. Solid cherry wood finished in its natural color gives a warm, rich feel. As a special touch, the owner, a collector of antique maps, has strategically placed these interesting pieces for the guests to enjoy.
