Scope: Architectural Interior Design
Thomas Hamilton & Associates designed this Caribbean themed
restaurant to reflect the flavor of the West Indies, adapting the
architecture to suit Ohio weather conditions. This restaurant marks
the “Pusser’s West Indies” company’s third
in the United States, and the only chain of Caribbean-themed restaurants
originated in the islands. The first “Pusser’s”
opened on Tortola, British Virgin islands in 1979. This restaurant
is a collection of unique Caribbean dining rooms, each with its
own flavor and feel (Rum Room, Raw Bar, etc.) lending an informal,
relaxed atmosphere for a true island experience.
