Town Center West
Location: Virginia Beach, Virginia
Scope: Design a mid-rise building for the western edge of Town Center

Thomas Hamilton & Associates has designed a nine-story, 117,504 square foot building for the new downtown area of Virginia Beach. The exterior is sheathed in glass and granite, and will house retail shops, offices and condominium residences. The condos will offer upscale amenities such as granite countertops, granite bathroom accents, and private balconies.
