Villas at Hatteras
Location: Hatteras, NC
Scope: Hotel to condominium conversion

THA provided architectural and interior design services for the conversion of a Holiday Inn Express into residential resort condominiums. We combined 2 rooms to create suites overlooking the pool and ferry landing at Hatteras. Bright yellow, orange and green tones and vibrant artwork were used to create a festive beach feel, and upgrades included the use of granite in the bathrooms.
