Scope: Design Hotel/Condominium project

The Water’s Edge Hotel/Condominium is the second project THA has been asked to design with the Holladay Properties in South Bend; the first being the Inn at St.Mary’s College. Our design is influenced by the surrounding turn-of-the-century manufacturing buildings. Views from the condo units will include the South Bend skyline as well as a crisp look at the fall line.
